Whether you are a student, a business manager, or an athlete, Focus To Win is a tool that will help you perform up to your full potential when everything is on the line.

Focus To Win uses the Inventory of Concentration Skills (ICS) to assess your concentration strengths and relative weaknesses. Based on your responses to the ICS questions, a report is generated that you can use to improve your ability to perform up to your full potential when the pressure is on.

The ICS is an educational off shoot of “The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Inventory. Over the past thirty years TAIS has been used in the selection and training of tens of thousands of the worlds best performers in sport, business, and the military. Whereas TAIS is only available through a certified and trained professional, the ICS has been designed with you, the end user in mind.

Focus To Win has three ICS tools built into it: 1) Student ICS; 2) Business ICS, and; 3) Sport ICS.

You can assess your concentration skills in any of the three areas and then print a report or generate and mail a pdf copy of your report to your inbox.

The application also includes links to additional resources including books and articles, videos, coaching tips, and a discussion forum.
